Specification of metallised ceramic tube:
1. Raw material: 95~99.5% alumina(Al2O3), zirconia(ZrO2), Beryllia (BeO) optional
2. Dimension capability: min. the inner diameter can be 1mm, max. the outer diameter can be 800mm
3. Types of metallized ceramic tube: both end open, one end closed, multiple holes
4. Precision process: CNC machining, fine grinding, drilling, laser cutting and so on
5. Surface treatment: external and internal polishing, glazing and so on
6. Surface quality: free of cracks, bubbles without any foreign contamination on the internal and external surface
6. Metallization types: Molybdenum (Mo-Mn) only, Silver (Ag) only, Molybdenum + Nickle (Ni) plating, Tungsten + Gold (Au) plating
7. The thickness of metallization : Mo/Mn with 15~40 micros, Ni plating with 2~6 micros, Ag plating: 20~70um, Au plating: 0.2~1um
